We are Rollies - A family owned food truck based in Pittsburgh - proudly serving hand-crafted egg rolls/spring rolls on the go. Our rolls are originated from the authentic Vietnamese fried spring roll, which I grew up making with my grandmother in Vietnam. We applied such concept and created a unique Asian-fusion menu that brings together heritage and creativity in every bite.

Fried Spring Roll ( “Nem“ or “Cha Gio”) is the most iconic and beloved dish in the Vietnamese culture, often served at special occasions, family gatherings and festive events. It is a food that brings people together for the rolling and symbolizes harmony.

Mark and I opened our food truck in 2022, hoping to introduce such amazing dish to the people in Pittsburgh, it quickly became our passion as time goes on. Thanks to our loyal customers, everyday is a good day on the truck!
